All purchases must ship to a physical address in the 48 continental United States. CS3 cannot ship to a P.O. Box address!

All purchases resulting in products in a Backorder status will be held until all products are in inventory unless the customer requests in stock products to ship. When the backordered purchased products are in inventory, CS3 will contact the customer to determine the shipping option of the backordered products.

International Shipping

CycleSportsSuperStore.com welcomes all International Orders! Shipping for orders Internationaly will use: EMS-Global Express Mail (7-10 Days for delivery).

All International orders are subject to a 3-day period for Credit Card verification prior to the order shipping.

International Orders must be made via e-mail at the "Contact Us" tab on the home page at: CycleSportsSuperStore.com. Once received, the order will be placed and the shipping calculated. An order/shipping quote total will be e-mailed to the customer for approval. Upon customer approval of the order/shipping guote and credit card verification, the order will ship and a tracking number will be e-mailed to the customer.

All International sales are final! No returns or exchanges are available on International sales! CycleSportsSuperStore.com must be notified within 72 hours of customer receving products damaged in shipping. Damaged products will be replaced based on verification of package and product damage.
